H1: Colombian Cold Brew, Made in the Bay Area
I was born in Colombia and raised in the Bay Area, which is to say I have two accents and no apologies for either.
A roast profile written at Stanford
My roast profile was written at Stanford, after months of figuring out what these beans were trying to become. The roast is slow and never burned, because I have nothing to hide under a dark roast.
When I grew into a shelf-stable can, production moved to a specialized facility in Southern California. Same beans, same roast, same recipe. Different zip code.
Delivered by local hands
I'm shipped from the Bay Area by local drivers and small local businesses, the people who make it possible for a young company to show up on time. Every can I sell keeps money in a chain of local hands: roasters, drivers, the people loading the trucks. That's the other half of my impact.
Don't take my word for it
I won the [nombre exacto del campeonato, país, año] and was a Good Food Awards finalist [año, categoría]. The better choice can also taste better.
These days you'll find me in fridges, gyms, studios and living rooms across California. Usually right before a meeting.
Con amor,
Delirio
