Hola! I'm Delirio

Delirio represents that irrational sense of self-confidence, just before the line of delusion. This is our manifesto.

CHANGE A COUNTRY’S HISTORY — IMPOSSIBLE.

CHANGE THE HABITS OF AN ENTIRE INDUSTRY — IMPOSSIBLE.

CHANGE THE DYNAMICS OF DOING BUSINESS — IMPOSSIBLE.

WIN OVER TIME ITSELF — IMPOSSIBLE.

That with a single drop we could change all this… impossible, the idea is absurd.

Because logic tells us that Specialty Coffee is only for a select few, that to enjoy it, you need much time and patience, that to be unstoppable you need an assortment of stimulants... and that to change the world, we need more than coffee beans.

But isn’t life a series of moments that defy logic and turn the impossible into possible?

Curated coffee, mainstream.

Brewed slowly, delivered quickly.

Industrial scale, human spirit.

Energy high, ingredients clean.

We Are Realists,
But We Dream Of A World Of Absurdities.

Meet Maria!

FROM COLOMBIA TO THE BAY AREA

Hola! I am Maria, founder of Delirio.
I grew up in Colombia surrounded by people who grow some of the world’s best coffee, but I never liked its bitterness and I did not want the sugar. Everything changed when I tasted a cup that was naturally sweet. To understand the mystery, I visited fincas in Colombia, where farmers showed me how sweetness comes from perfectly ripe coffee cherries—picked only when they are rewarded for quality. Seeing how honoring their work breaks the cycle of poverty rocked my world.

I left my job in energy, moved to Stanford, and spent a year studying how to share this sweetness with the world. Delirio was born. Together, we can transform a massive industry. All we have to do is drink and share delicious coffee.

STORYTELLING ENGINEERING

Marketing and operations leader with an engineering background and over a decade of experience building and scaling creative-driven businesses.

I’ve founded three companies and led go-to-market strategy, brand development, and operations to hands-on creative execution. My work lives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling—turning ideas into structured, repeatable systems that drive brand growth and real business results.

With formal training in Mechatronic Engineering, I approach marketing through a systems lens: designing workflows, optimizing processes, and aligning creative output with clear objectives. Creativity is not just expression for me—it’s a tool for solving problems and opening markets.

I’ve directed audio-visual marketing campaigns, led multidisciplinary teams, and coordinated diverse stakeholders with clarity and empathy.

I’ve collaborated with global brands such as Red Bull, Oakley, Thule, The Surfers Journal, Natura/Avon—delivering brand storytelling supported by operational discipline.
